You retain ownership of all academic data, student records, and grades you enter into GradeBook. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including ensuring you have the necessary authorization to input student information. We do not claim ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of operating GradeBook.

6. Roles and Access Control

GradeBook implements role-based access control. Class teachers have full control over their assigned classes, including student enrollment and subject assignments. These providers are contractually bound to use the data solely for the purposes described above and are prohibited from re-identifying or selling the data. By using GradeBook, you consent to the collection, use, and third-party processing of anonymized data for these purposes.
